50 Cent’s estranged son, Marquise Jackson, recently shared that he wishes to reconcile with his father, only for his father to crush his dreams in a video posted to his official Instagram page. Watch the video and get the latest on what’s going on between the ‘POWER’ universe honcho and his eldest son inside…
50 Cent and his son, Marquise Jackson, are going AT IT…again…on social media.
Recently, Marquise has been vocal about his father’s child support payments, which caused a debate on social media about how much is ENOUGH to pay in child support for that child to be properly taken care of.
During an IG Live with videographer/filmmaker Choke No Joke, Marquise, who celebrated his 26th birthday yesterday (Oct. 13th), complained that the monthly child support payments Fif - who disowned his son in 2013 - sent his mother were not inadequate. He said the ‘POWER’ Universe honcho was absent during his childhood and that his father didn’t send his mother enough money to properly care for him in New York City where the cost of living is expensive.
Watch a clip below:
“You’re talking about a Forbes lister, you’re talking about someone that has problems with everybody, you can’t just live in any neighborhood, $81,000 is not a substantial amount of money,” he said during the IG Live session. “You can’t just live anywhere. You talking about you got beef with everybody in the industry, you can’t just live anywhere.”
"I should not want for anything," Marquise said during the discussion. "I'm not talking about I want a lambo, at the time I wanted at least socks. Basketball socks is twelve dollars. I should not want for anything right?"
”Now, hold on?" Choke No Joke replied. "At what age is this?"
”We ain't even gotta worry about the age," Marquise said. "It's a general question. If you're not gonna be there physically and emotionally, but you're traveling [because] you gotta get your money, I should not want for anything right?"

In response to the online debates about whether $6,700/month (which totals to over $80,000/annually) was enough child support money, Marquise took to Instagram to offer his father the same amount in exchange for spending some quality time together:
“Since y’all think $6,700 is sooo much money someone tell my pops I will pay him $6,700 for just 24hr of his time so we can do everything I ever wanted to do with him as a kid,” he wrote in the caption of a picture of himself that featured $100 bills that spelled out “entitled.”
“Red Yellow Green whatever color he like,” he continued.
In response…
The rapper-turned-'POWER' & 'BMF' producer indirectly responded to his son’s child support claims and his request to link up.
“[grinning emoji] @lilmeechbmf & @michaelraineyjr know what’s up stupid!” he wrote in the caption of his promotional post for the upcoming season of BMF. “BLOWING MONEY FAST 10.23.22 it’s lit [fire emoji] @bransoncognac @lecheminduroi GLG GreenLightGang.”
Yesterday, Marquise spoke with TMZ on his 26th birthday, sharing all he wants is a face-to-face with his father - even if he has to pay him! Peep the clip below:
It’s interesting because one “BMF” star jumped into the drama.
Demetrius "Lil Meech" Flenory Jr., “BMF” star and son of Detroit kingpin Big Meech, commented on Marquise’s post, writing, “You Stupid @199viq I’ll Take 5 Over There Myself I Might Even Play Some Games With You,” he joked.
We wouldn't be surprised if 50 Cent PAID him to respond.
It didn’t take long before Fif decided to directly respond to his son’s olive branch...dissing Marquise on his 26th birthday:
In the Instagram clip, Fif is seen running on a treadmill before he’s seen in a tub full of bubbles, flipping through TV channels. 50 Cent’s son’s interview about $6,700/month in child support not being enough pops up before 50 turns it off.
“F**k, this ni**a’s crazy. You 25 years old, why you still talking about child support?” the 47-year-old rapper said as he hopped the tub and quickly dressed to answer a ringing doorbell.
When he answered, G-Unit’s Tony Yayo and Brooklyn rapper Uncle Murda were at the door, who sarcastically asked 50 Cent for “an extra $6700 a month for the sh*t we doing.”
Marquise saw the video, reposted it, and fired shots at his dad's homies/G-Unit members Tony Yayo and Uncle Murda for being his dad's "yes men."
"Hol on wait did my pops post me on my birthday today! Wow he never shouted me out for my birthday this the 1st time. And I thought them dudes eat when u say eat u must not be telling them to eat pops because having old Nxggas begging at your door is SAD. I’m never going out like that. #ImYouDAD," Marquise wrote.
In response to 50 and Lil Meech calling him stupid, he responded to that as well:
Someone photoshopped a "Power Book III: Raising Kanan" poster with Marquise's face on it with the title, "Power Book III: Raising Marquise." He shared the cover art with the caption:
"Nahh who made this? I’m not stupid I went to private school remember? MY POPS don’t be entitled to your feelings. Ion need not a dollar from u and If you need me to promote your show just say that. Somebody tell starz I got a story to tell we know what the people wanna seeRed Light Green Light 1….2….3 #ItsInMyBlood"
50 Cent also shared the "Power" scene where Kanan kills his son, Shawn Stark, which was seemingly aimed at his real-life son:
"No caption needed," Fif wrote.
Marquise responded to 50 Cent's "Power" diss with a different scene, showing Michael Rainey Jr.'s character murdering his father, Ghost (played by Omari Hardwick) in his collage above.
In another post, Marquise posted a cryptic message about time:
"Time can’t be refunded blessed to see another year!," he wrote.
An absolute mess! Fix it, Jesus.
