We are sad to report that Damon Dash lost custody of the daughters he shares with ex-wife Rachel Roy, 15-year-old Ava and 6-year-old Tallulah.
TheYBF.com has been following every twist and turn of the former couples' custody battle, as most of it played out on social media (via Dame's Instagram account). Both claimed the other was an unfit parent (Dame says she drives drunk and calls Ava the "b" word, Rachel says Dame smokes and womanizes).
But today...that all changed. While Dame and Rachel once shared joint custody, Rachel has full custody now. Dame will get supervised visitation and Rachel got a three-year restraining order against him. We're not sure if Mr. Dash has heard the news yet...since he didn't show up to court today.
Oddly....
He posted this photo on Instagram an hour ago (4pmCT) of himself on the beach. Seriously....does he know what just happened? If not, we expect a FULL on rant via Instagram....very soon.
