Pharrell Williams got all dressed up to model in Chanel’s new pre-fall campaign. And he’s bringing the fashion forward Irish-inspired looks in an array of fall coats, sweaters and boots. Peep his spread with model Cara Delevingne inside….
Chanel seems to have a thing or two for hit producer Pharrell Williams as he has been tapped to star in the French fashion house’s pre-fall "Paris-Salzburg" collection, alongside model Cara Delevingne and kid model/Karl Lagerfeld’s godson Hudson Kroenig.
Following Chanel’s Paris-Salzburg Métiers d'Art show in both Austria (in December) and NYC (in April), the unveiling of the official ad campaign is underway. And we’re feelin’ the fashion flicks. Shot by Chanel’s head designer and creative director Karl Lagerfeld, P, Cara (and Hudson) show off Chanel’s latest designs, complete with fair isle sweaters, knit coats, and P’s green knee-high lace-up boots.
And this isn’t the first P, Cara, Karl and Hudson have collaborated on a project. Pharrell and Cara served as Karl’s muses in a short Cinderella-inspried film titled Reincarnation. The short film accompanied the CHANEL Paris-Salzburg 2014/15 Métiers d'art shows in Austria & NYC. In case you missed the film, you can check it out HERE.
The “Blurred Lines” producer also brought his musical talents to the film, writing the lyrics to the background track, “CC The World." During Chanel's NYC show, Pharrell and Cara performed “CC The World” in front of fashion lovers like Beyonce.
Nice!
