Starting Tuesday, April 28th, Brandy will play an 8-week limited engagement at the Ambassador Theatre as the infamous 'Roxie Hart' in the long-running musical "Chicago".
Earlier this morning, she appeared on TODAY where she performed the song "Roxie" in celebration of next week's premiere. While chatting it up with the TODAY anchors, Brandy discussed the sexy choreography saying, "I excited...I'm nervous. I love the moves...I love the team...they've really been helping me."
In other B-Rocka news, we've also learned that she's been tapped to star in Mara Akil’s forthcoming BET show ‘Zoë Moon.’ She plays a newly divorced single mom who makes a life-changing decision to start a new career as a cosmetics mogul. The problem is, her ex-husband and her 10-year-old son aren’t ready for Zoe’s new endeavor (or her new dating life) and will cause a few bumps in the road. BET has not released an airdate...
