SHE RESPONDS: Kenya Moore TWIRLS Over Janet Hubert’s Non-Payment Claims & Possible Criminal Charges!

For months now, actress Janet Hubert (most famously known as the first "Aunt Viv" from the classic "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" series) has been BLASTING “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore on social media over non-payment for her role in Kenya’s “Life Twirls On” pilot. SIDENOTE: Janet plays Kenya's mother in the project.

In her latest rant, she revealed she would be pursuing criminal charges against Ms. Twirl for falsifying official time sheets, causing her NOT to be paid. Yikes! Not to mention, her countless attacks against BRAVO producers for trying to get her to appear on the hit reality seires. We all know "Aunt Viv" is NOT here for the reality tv scene.

TheYBF.com reached out to Kenya previously to get her side of the story, but she (nor her team) offered a statement about this particular subject…until now. The former Miss USA pageant queen is finally speaking out and, of course, she claims everything that Janet is accusing her of is simply not true.

In an official statement, Kenya reveals Janet was issued a total of four checks for her work on the TV pilot and she’s no longer owed any additional coins.  And then she throws the shade she's known for.  The statement reads:

There have been numerous false allegations made from Janet Hubert regarding non- payment and most recently criminal activity for her work on the TV pilot Life Twirls On. Although Miss Hubert had been issued a total of 4 checks for her work since November 2014, SAG/AFTRA has officially determined that Moore Vision Media does not owe Miss Hubert any additional payment and all claims have been settled.

We regret Miss Hubert felt it necessary to make personal attacks by slandering the producers, however, we echo the sentiment of the producers of the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and wish Miss Hubert well in her future endeavors.

Kenya seems to have responded to Janet's allegations just in time...the day before the premiere of “Life Twils On.” This is definitely good PR for her debut. And a new storyline for her on "RHOA."  So... ho do we believe?
