First Look At Jaden Smith & His ‘Fro On The Set Of Netflix Series “The Get Down” + Rihanna Rocks Pink Pajamas & Furry Slippers For Late Night Studio Session

We told you Jaden Smith is starring in a new Netflix series. And now we have the first look at the young actor on the set in Brooklyn. Check out Jaden and his ‘fro filming for "The Get Down" along with flicks of Rihanna trekking to the studio in pink pajamas, a see-through bra and slippers inside….

Filming for a new Netflix series is underway. And Jaden Smith was spotted decked out in ‘70s threads and a big afro for his character in Brooklyn yesterday. The After Earth star nabbed a role in Baz Luhrmann’s music-driven Netflix drama “The Get Down.”

Starring opposite DOPE star Shameik Moore (above), Jaden will be playing Marcus 'Dizzee' Kipling, a psychedelically talented and enigmatic graffiti writer' from the Bronx.

Deadline provides a synopsis of the film that reads:

Set in 1970s New York City, the series — a long-time passion project for Luhrmann — revolves around a ragtag crew of South Bronx teenagers who are wild in the streets — nothings and nobodies with no one to shelter them, except one another. Smith will recur as Marcus “Dizzee” Kipling, 18, a psychedelically talented and enigmatic graffiti writer raised in the South Bronx.

Looks like Rihanna was ready to pull an all-nighter in a NYC studio late last night/early this morning.

RiRi pulled off a look like only she can. The Bajan beauty made her way to the studio around 3AM rocking pink silk pajamas, a see-through bra and pink furry slippers. Chick can literally wear anything and make it look good.

And it looks like she was sipping on a glass of wine to get in her "zone." We know Rih loves her wine. 

HOT! Let's hope she's putting the finishing touches on the R8 album.
