In today’s music round up, Kanye West is working on his next album in an unlikely place, a extended scene of All Eyez On Me has us shedding tears, Lil Wayne’s bodyguards had to rough up a fan during a concert over the weekend and Meek Mill has a new video treatment. Get it all inside…
Kanye West has been keeping a low profile lately. You’ll recall, his wife hit up the MET Gala solo. Now we know what Ye has been up to.
Getting into his creative space, the PABLO rapper trekked it to Wyoming to work on his next album, the follow up to his 2016 album The Life of Pablo.
Sources tell TMZ Ye is currently spending his time in the mountains in Wyoming to get his creative juices flowing for his next album. He has spent the last week there and he was also there two weeks ago.
Well, that certainly explains why we haven’t seen him on the scene.
In movie news...
We’re getting close to the release date of the highly anticipated Tupac biopic, All Eyez On Me.
An extended look, which debuted during the MTV Movie & TV Awards, just dropped that gives viewers a sneak peek at Tupac (played by Demetrius Shipp Jr.) professing his love for Jada Pinkett Smith (played by Kat Graham).
Pac lays it on thick reciting an intimate poem he wrote for his high school sweetheart titled "Jada." And the clip has us all in our feelings.

We’re counting down the days for All Eyez On Met to hit theaters. Its set to be released on June 16th, which would have been Pac’s 46th birthday.
On the concert scene...
Lil Wayne fans have been going wild at his concerts recently.
Days after Weezy cut a performance short when fans threw a drink at him, he ran into another issue with one overzealous fan during his performance at the Rolling Loud Festival in Miami over the weekend.
A man rushed the stage during Wayne’s set that caused the Young Money honcho’s bodyguards to spring into action. The man came out of nowhere, running across the stage while Wayne was performing. It doesn’t look like the stage crasher had any plans on hurting Weezy, but his bodyguards quickly took him down. Meanwhile, Wayne kept performing as if nothing happened.

On the music video front...

Now that their relationship is over, Meek is back on the east coast in his hometown of Philly. The track is featured on his three-track EP, Meekend Music. He dropped the musical offering in collaboration with his birthday. Peep the new video treatment above.
What's next for the MMG rapper? He's gearing up to head out on tour with Yo Gotti on the "Against All Odds Tour," set to kick off July 5th in Cleveland.
