Kat Graham seems to be confused to Jada Pinkett Smith’s disapproval of the All Eyez On Me film. Find out why, plus peep pics from Jaden Smith’s wild night out with friends inside…
When the Tupac biopic All Eyez On Me hit theaters, it was hit with criticism. Jada Pinkett Smith hoped on social media to share that seeing her relationship with Pac on the big screen was “extremely hurtful” and made note that some of the things that happened in the film didn’t happen in real life. However, she did show Kat some love saying she did an awesome job playing her role.
Kat Graham, who plays a young Jada Pinkett in the film, spoke to E! News at the 2017 iHeartRadio Much Music Awards in Toronto to respond to Jada’s analysis of the film.
"When I first got the role, I reached out to [Pinkett Smith] a year and a half ago...the point of reaching out to her, as well as the other producers on the film, was to insure the integrity of the story and the character,” Kat told the site.
She added, "I even spoke to her last week and she had nothing but support."
So you can imagine where shock and confusion came in.
"I have a lot of love for her,” she said. “I hope people just see the movie and make the choice for themselves."
Welp.
Speaking of the Smiths...
He’s blonde. He’s young. He’s free.
"The Get Down" star Jaden Smith linked up with a few of his friends for a fun night out in Malbu. The 18-year-old actor, who took a break from filming his new movie Life In A Year, and his MSFT squad went out to dinner at celeb hotspot Nobu. Photogs caught the group leaving the venue. As they exited, Jaden and his friends were busy being silly, making faces at the cameras as they hopped in Jaden’s old school ride.
Ha!
