Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida are divorced…for real. More inside…
Former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Phaedra Parks and her estranged husband Apollo Nida are finally divorced. And fo real this time.
According to TMZ, Phaedra and Apollo have reached a settlement that finalized their long, pending divorced. They were at odds over spousal support and how they would splitup their properties.
You’ll recall, they signed a prenup that Phaedra wanted to be enforced, but Apollo wanted it thrown out. We’re not sure what each of them ended up with because the agreement is confidential.
A custody agreement for their two sons, Ayden & Dylan, was also settled. They’ll share joint legal custody and Phaedra will have primary custody, obviously. Apollo still has about six years left to serve in prison for money fraud. However, Apollo will get weekly phones calls to talk to his kids.
Now, Apollo can marry his new fiancée and Phaedra can enjoy the single life.
