Kelly Rowland, Taraji P. Henson, Dascha Polanco, Chance The Rapper and Kimberly Elise turned Refinery29's "29Rooms" art exhibit into their own funhouse. Peep the pics inside...
When baddies link up!
Singer Kelly Rowland and "Empire" actress Taraji P. Henson (the cast is back on the set filming the new season!) was in the mood for some art and some fun as they made an appearance at Refinery29's "29Rooms: Turn it into Art" opening in Chicago. The interactive art exhibit was filled with bright colors and neon lights that shared messages ranging from politics to gender identity.
Loving this look.
It wasn't your usual "look at paintings hung up on the wall" type ordeal and everyone took full advantage of everything the event had to offer.
Kellz was her usual uber gorgeous self rolling up to the event in some wearable "art" of her own. The singer rocked a floral alice + olivia coordinated set and she kept it comfortable in a pair of wedges.
Perfect summer look.
Meanwhile, Taraji, who got engaged two months ago, was draped in Gucci from head to toe to soak in all of the art fun. Are we feelin' it?
By the way, Taraji is currently filming a new romantic drama titled What Men Want.
Come thru Curve Queen!
"Orange Is The New Black" actress Dascha Polanco was also on the scene looking amazing. Chick is currently on the promo trail with her "OITNB" co-stars for the 6th season.
Werk!
The new "OITNB" has just been added to Netflix. UGH! We can't wait to see if her character killed the prison guard or not!
Also on the scene...
Chi-town native Chance The Rapper, who's also recently engaged, made an appearance with his man bag.
And actress Kimberly Elise was also in the mix for the art fun.
