Robyn Crawford - the longtime best friend of late singer Whitney Houston - is about to spill some tea.

When Whitney first hit the scene she was always spotted with her best friend Robyn Crawford, a woman she met as a teen in school when they were living in New Jersey. Throughout the years, there were rumors - often repeated by Bobby Brown - that Whitney and Robyn engaged in a romantic affair, however, neither of the women ever addressed an alleged lesbian relationship. This doesn't come as a surprise since Whitney was married to Bobby Brown AND being openly gay or bisexual wasn't as accepted back then as it is now.  Not to say it's completely accepted now, either.

Now, Robyn (who also served as Whitney's assistant) is writing a book to tell her story in a tell-all book titled, A Song for You: My Life with Whitney Houston.

Since Whitney Houston's untimely death in February 2012, Robyn has kept a low profile, allegedly staying low key with her family in New Jerey. She was asked to be interviewed for the 'WHITNEY' documentary, which she declined to appear. In 2016, Bobby Brown revealed his ex-wife was bisexual in an accompanying interview with Us Magazine as he promoted his memoir, "Every Little Step: My Story."
