Arrest Warrant Issued For Nipsey Hussle's Daughter's Mom Tanisha Foster After She Skips Court Date In DUI Case

Tanisha Foster - the mother of Nipsey Hussle's daughter - apparently has some legal troubles on her hands. And now, the police are on her heels amid her custody drama.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Tanisha after she recently skipped out on a court appearance in a DUI case. Yikes.

TMZ reports Tanisha was hit with a DUI in LA a few years ago where she pled no contest to one of the charges and was sentenced to 3 years probation. She had a court date on May 15th, but she was a no-show, so her probation was revoked and a bench warrant was issued. Damn.

The DUI arrest isn't the only thing on Foster's record ... in 2007 she was busted for vandalism, annoying phone calls and disturbing the peace. Those charges were eventually dismissed after she completed her probation. In 2006, she was arrested for resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.

As you know, Tanisha is battling against Nipsey's family for custody of her 10-year-old daughter Emani Asghedom. Tanishia claims Nipsey's siter, Samantha Smith, took custody of Emani after Nipsey was murdered on March 31st and has refused to give her back to her.

Samantha and the Asghedom family feels like Tanisha is too unstable for her to have custody of Emani. Last week, both sides were in court to figure out the best solution to where Emani should be living. You'll recall, the judge cleared the courtroom for 20 minutes so that Tanisha could spend time with Emani, whom she claims she hadn't seen in a few months.

After the hearing, Tanisha said she was going to do whatever it takes to regain custody of her daughter. She also has two other kids. There are rumors on social media that she doesn't have custody of her other kids, but that has yet to be confirmed.

The judge still hasn't ruled in Emani's case.
