Serena Williams was a whole mood when she rolled up on the pink carpet at the 2019 Met Gala.
The tennis superstar opted to bring the dramatics with her dress, but kept it comfortable and fashion forward by rocking matching neon sneakers. The Met Gala co-chair/co-host wore a custom neon yellow Atelier Versace gown decorated with pink feathery leaf appliqué with a train. She finished her look with Virgil Abloh's Volt Off-White x Air Force 1 sneakers.
Rena's look was on theme for Camp with the bright, bold color and extra appliqués.
Not our fave silhouette on her, but we love the aesthetic she was going for.
She was joined by her husband Alexis Ohanian, who kept it classic in black-and-white. On the carpet, Alexis told PEOPLE he’s a “proud husband tonight." Aww.
