A new “Empire” is amongst us as the hit Fox network television show rounds out its casting with the addition of actress/singer Diamond White.
Diamond will play La La, a new and shy singer who has to learn how to take her talents from the studio and execute on the stage.
The former "X-Factor" contestant quickly tweeted about her new role,

Over its last few seasons, Empire has added some new faces including Vivica A. Fox, Keesha Sharp and Taye Diggs.
The finale season of "Empire" premieres Tuesday, September 24th at 9/8c on FOX.

Former "Empire" star Jussie Smollett was spotted supporting the legend Janet Jackson in Las Vegas during her Metamorphosis tour. Janet publicly came out to support Jussie after he claims he was the victim of a racist and homophobic attack.
There’s been just as much drama off screen as it has been on screen during "Empire’s" run, and we’re going to need to see how this final season will end for the Lyon family.
