Kevin McCall has been formally charged with domestic violence. What happens next inside.
Back in April, singer and producer Kevin McCall was arrested on domestic violence allegations. While the alleged victim was never named, it was confirmed the person was either a spouse or co-habitator. He was released on $75,000 bail days later.
Now, he's received formal charges.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, McCall is charged with domestic violence listed as ‘Inflict Corporal Injury to Spouse or Cohabitant’.
It's also unclear exactly what happened. But we do know the situation triggered his ex and daughter's mother, Eva Marcille, so badly, she broke down on air during her radio show gig remembering the abuse she says he delivered to her when they were together.
He faces up to 1 year in jail, and has a hearing scheduled for next month.
What a mess.
