Kanye West just announced the release of his new album JESUS IS KING and the accompanying IMAX film. He also just donated $1 million to prison reform charities in honor of his wife’s birthday. Deets inside…
Kanye West says he’s no longer making secular music and he’s gearing up for the release of his gospel-inspired album. Alrighty then.
The Chi-town rapper just announced the much delayed release of his ninth solo studio album titled, JESUS IS KING, to coincide with the global release of his IMAX film of the same name on Friday, October 25th. Ye will premiere both the album and the film on Wednesday, October 23rd at a special listening and screening at the Forum in Los Angeles.
Tickets are free and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, beginning today at 10 a.m. PDT. You can purchase them here.
We wonder if he’ll show up to Southern University’s Homecoming this weekend since it coincides with his release. And we all know he likes a stunt.
In other news...
I got amazing gifts from my whole family and Kanye for me the most amazing bags. But he also donated $1 million to my favorite charities that work so hard on prison reform on my behalf from him and the kids. This makes my heart so happy! pic.twitter.com/chNkyPRQGW

In honor of his wife Kim Kardashian West's 39th birthday, Kanye West donated a cool $1 million to multiple prison reform charities on behalf of himself and his four children, North, Saint, Chicago & Psalm. In a tweet, Kim wrote, "I got amazing gifts from my whole family and Kanye [gave] me the most amazing bags. But he also donated $1 million to my favorite charities that work so hard on prison reform on my behalf from him and the kids. This makes my heart so happy!"
Nice! We're not mad at it, despite who's behind it (or the probable reasoning behind it).
By the way, on the last episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," Kim revealed she and Kanye renewed their wedding vows in an intimate surprise ceremony after the birth of their son Psalm West to celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary together.
We're sure we'll be getting a documentary about it soon....
EXTRAS:

So some day, if a Democrat becomes President and the Republicans win the House, even by a tiny margin, they can impeach the President, without due process or fairness or any legal rights. All Republicans must remember what they are witnessing here - a lynching. But we will WIN!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) October 22, 2019
President Trump compares impeachment process to "a lynching," and it's quite obvious he's trying to change the real impeachment conversation.
