Listen PETA! Lil Kim is not the one. Watch the rap star get buck with PETA protestors, Kim accepting her ‘I AM Hip Hop’ Award at the BET Hip Hop Awards and more inside…

Lil Kim is going to wear fur and no PETA protestor is going to stop her. They must have forgot Kimberly Jones is from Bed-Stuy.
After chopping it up on “Strahan, Sara & Keke,” the NYC rapper had to go straight Brooklyn on a PETA protestor. Anti-fur protestors were standing outside the Verizon Media Studios yelling “Lil Kim, stop wearing fur!” While protesting, one woman got toooo close to Kimmy and that’s when she had to get gangsta on shorty.
Security stepped in and diffuse the situation before anything crazy happened, but it’s clear Kim was ready for whatever. Watch it go down here.

Kim was ready to dogwalk that chick. However, that didn't stop her from snapping selfies with fans:

While making her NYC press rounds, she stopped by AOL Build Series and talked about passing the torch to Cardi B. Check it:

Kim also chopped it up on "Strahan, Sara & Keke" about her new album 9 (her first album in 14 years), an all female headlined tour she says is ‘definitely in the works,’ and why she reunited with her "Biggie" family, and fashion.

Before she made it to the Big Apple...

The "Crush On You" rapper was presented with the "I Am Hip Hop" Award presented by Rick Ross during the 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards.

She thanked her family and fans for always being by her side - good and bad. Of course, she gave props to the late Notorious B.I.G., who played a huge part in her rap career.
"I'm going to always love him. I'm going to always ride for him. I love you to the heavens Biggie," she said.
Peep her acceptance speech and more below:
Kimmy also reunited with the Junior M.A.F.I.A. for an epic performance:
Congrats Kim!
