Cuba Gooding Jr.'s Been Living His Best Unbothered Life During His Sexual Assault Hearings, Until His Own Girlfriend Went Berserk On Him At The Club

Cuba Gooding Jr.'s been living his best life so extra hard lately that you wouldn't even know he's in the midst of a sexual assault trial with umpteen domestic violence and sexual misconduct charges stemming from at least 5 women.

 

Maybe his girlfriend remembered something, because she went berserk on his happy a-- in a South Beach club this weekend. Watch inside.

Cuba Gooding Jr.'s been in Miami doing the absolute most all month.  Just days after partying with friends at Wall Nightclub at W South Beach, and a week after sitting courtside in Brooklyn to watch the Pelicans vs Nets game, he's found himself in trouble.  Again.  This time, with his own girlfriend, Claudine De Niro (pictured above together at last week's Nets game).

The actor appeared to be having a good ol' time all this month, dancing and posing for pictures like he's playing POTUS in a movie, all despite recently facing new groping accusations and having just faced a Manhattan judge.

That is, until this past Saturday night when he was caught on camera in some more foolishness.  Nope, this time he wasn't groping a random chick in the club (at least not that we can see).  But his girlfriend Claudine went AWF on him at the bar.  While celebrating her birthday at South Beach Saturday at Mango's Tropical Cafe, she can be seen yelling in his face, then knocking over everything at the bar with drinks flying everywhere. Then, she got kicked out for being "aggressive".

It's unclear what they were arguing over, but eyewitnesses tell us Claudine was removed from the bar after she got aggressive with security. As for Cuba's side of things ... his attorney, Mark Heller, tells us she got a "little overly playful" while partying with her beau.

You would think a bar would be the last place this man would go, seeing that it's always the scene of the alleged groping crime according to his multiple accusers. But we guess not.  As for what the happy couple was fighting over - who knows. Hope it wasn't about her catching him getting handsy with somebody again.

Last week, a new video leaked Cuba Gooding, Jr. definitely made contact with the backside of a TAO nightclub server last year.

As for whether it will help her or his case, time will tell.

Cuba, my guy, go home.  And stay there.
