Kanye West brought his Sunday Service to Baton Rouge and there was a “Brunchella” reception that was less than stellar. It def gave off Fyre Festival vibes, which we all know isn't good. More inside…

Kanye West has been traveling the nation, bringing his Sunday Service (and his recently released album Jesus Is King) to the masses. On Friday, he made his way to Baton Rouge to perform at a free outsdoor service event at Bethany Church. However, event organizers (A Nation Events), hosted a $55 brunch to accompany the Sunday Service (supposedly a church fundraiser), which they dubbed “Brunchella,” a play of words off Coachella.
Well, the brunch wasn’t anything like fans expected, especially for $55. The meal guests received looked real dry and barely edible. Nothing about the plate looked appealing, so fans hopped on social media to show the world how their $55 brunch plate looked. The first thing that comes to mind seeing this meal is the infamous Fyre Festival.
"This is the wonderful & COLD brunch BUFFET we are being served by Boil & Roux BR," Kimberly Kinchen wrote in a Facebook post, sharing flicks of her unappetizing meal of two dried looking pancakes, a sausage pattie and two strips of bacon. "The server looked at me crazy when I asked for another pancake. WAFB Channel 9 can y'all cover a story on this because I want my coins back for a general admission ticket (FREE TICKET). Edit: I opted out of a small scoop of cold grits."

She also shared a screenshot of her payment for the brunch:

The Daily Mail got in contact with the caterer for the event and here's what they had to say about the "poor service and quality of the food provided":
“The catering company acknowledges it did not provide adequate food for ONE attendee and a social media post went viral,” the company said. “Any further inquiries or food complaints associated with the event can be directed to Lauryn’s Fine Catering.”
We're not sure if Ye was affiliated with the brunch. It sounds like the event organizers just tried to capitalize off the Sunday Service and totally failed.
Petty King 50 Cent didn't waste any time to chime in about "Brunchella":
Not only was the food not great, Kanye was LATE:
Kanye West concert in Baton Rouge was supposed to start at 6. It's now 730 and STILL, no Kanye. Same playlist still on repeat. Slowly losing sanity. There's a blunt somewhere in the crowd I wish got passed to me. #YeezyFyreFest pic.twitter.com/LTLtQl5eBB

On fan tweeted, "Kanye West concert in Baton Rouge was supposed to start at 6. It's now 730 and STILL, no Kanye. Same playlist still on repeat. Slowly losing sanity. There's a blunt somewhere in the crowd I wish got passed to me. #YeezyFyreFest"
Sheesh.
The Jesus Is King rapper eventually made it with his kids in tow:
Well alright.
