The Queen & Slim premiere in Hollywood was almost like a black cookout that brought out all your YBF faves. Yes, everyone stepped out to see the black Bonnie & Clyde-esque film.
We don’t usually see Rihanna on a red carpet for a movie premiere, but chick blessed the red carpet for Queen & Slim’s premiere at AFI FEST, presented by Audi, held at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.
The FENTY honcho skipped out on her FENTY threads and opted for a black silk John Gaillano kimono dress from his Spring/Summer ’95 collection. Vintage glam was served all over the red carpet.
Chick never disappoints.
Inside, the ANTI singer mix and mingled with EMMY winner Lena Waithe, who wrote the script for the film, during the afterparty:
The “Work” singer also copped a photo-op with young, black Hollywood, including “When They See Us” actor Asante Blackk, Queen & Slim actor Jahi Di'Allo Winston and Ethan Harris.
