Eva Marcille Will Maintain Full Custody Of Her & Kevin McCall’s Daughter – Find Out WHY!

Kevin McCall has been doing the absolute most and it’s affecting his time with his daughter.

According to reports, “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Eva Marcille will continue to have full custody of her 5-year-old daughter Marley Rae McCall, whom she shares with singer Kevin McCall. The reason? Well, he was reportedly unable to show why the case belonged in Georgia when an L.A. Superior Court judge issued the original custody order.

As you know, Kevin has been trying to get some type of custody Marley Rae – the same daughter he “disowned” on social media in November 2018. The former “ANTM” contestant has been fighting her ex in court, claiming he shouldn’t have custody of their daughter because he is violent and abusive.

And he proved some truth to her claims after getting into a physical altercation with a courthouse sergeant last month while in court to fight for custody of his daughter in Fulton County, GA. He was recently indicted on three counts, which include obstruction of a law enforcement officer by use of threats or violence, terroristic threats and criminal damage to property in the second degree, which is a felony count.

Not only that, McCall reportedly has a warrant out for his arrest in L.A. for missing a court date in his felony domestic violence case involving another woman. You’ll recall, he was brought up on domestic violence charges and arrested back in September. Days later, he was released on $75,000 bail.

He def isn't helping his case in the custody battle for his daughter against Eva.
