Loni Love...a mom? Yep, it may be happening.
During a recent episode of “The Real,” Loni Love expressed that she’s considering adoption. On Instagram she shared an emotional video of a little boy who brought his kindergarten class to court with him as his adoption was finalized and it seems it hit her to the core to want to do the same for another kid growing up out here without parents.
Loni mentioned 24% of African American children are waiting to be adopted which is double the population of African Americans in the United States. So, she recognizes its an issue and is considering opening her hope to a child in need. The comedienne said she's been so blessed that she would love to adopt an older child. And she also revealed if she would include her current man James in on the adoption.
Her co-host Tamera Mowry Housley agreed and said she's considering adopting an older child as well.
"The older children sometimes get neglected. I used to work in a foster care home and they would say 'We're still here because we're not the ones who get adopted,'" Tamera said.
Tamera revealed her kids have been asking for a brother or sister so she and her husband Adam Housley are seriously considering it. Check it:
