Beyoncé and Jay-Z floated into the 2020 Golden Globes fashionably late with Armand de Brignac champagne (aka Ace of Spade) in tow because, Hip Hop royalty.
The event was sponsored by Moet, which sponsors the Globes every year, and The Carters weren’t about to be caught sipping the competition’s bubbly, so they brought their own. And they weren’t stingy with their bottles of champagne - that range from $300 - $600 - either.
Actress Resse Witherspoon took a leap of faith and asked The Carters for a glass of their bubbly - the luxury brand owned by Hov - during the ceremony and they obliged, sharing a glass with Reese and fellow actress Jennifer Aniston. It turned into a social media moment when Jennifer shared a selfie of them sipping on the luxe champagne at their table during the show:
"Reese!? This is one of the many reasons I love you," Jennifer wrote on her IG Stories. "We ran out of water at our table. So naturally, she asked Jay Z and Beyoncé for a glass of their champagne."
Since The Carters are a generous King & Queen, they decided to surprise Reese with her very own case of Ace of Spade and flowers.
"I just got home from New York and the most beautiful flowers are here and a case of Ace of Spades champagne," Reese said on her IG Stories, before reading a customized note from the power couple. "It says, 'More water from Jay & Bey.'" Ha!

Yes, it was 11:30 in the morning, but that didn't stop Reese from popping open the bottle. Her mom was a bit hesitant, but decided she'd partake too!
"You think it’s too early to drink?," Reese's mother asked. "Who cares, it’s from Jay-Z and Beyoncé," Reese responded. Ha!
