Kim Kardashian West is back at it again!
The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star debuted a new braided up ‘do when she touched down in Paris with her daughter North West to attend her husband Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 8 show as part of the Paris Fashion Week festivities. Yes, she’s rocking braids again (similar to the ones Beyoncé rocked recently in Elle magazine) – a hairstyle black women have been wearing for umpteen years. We can likely expect several in-depth articles from THOSE media outlets that will credit Kim for “inventing” the hairstyle.
Hours before she was snapped in photos by the paparazzi, she shared some throwback photos from a photoshoot she did in 2018 where she rocked Fulani braids that she dubbed "Bo Derek Braids."

After the performance, the Wests were blasted on social media for using inspiration without crediting the originator. ZaZa - a five-year-old social media star - released a track last summer that sounds VERY similar to North's rap. ZaZa's camp hopped on social media to call them out on it.
"In July of 2019, ZaZa & her dad went into the studio for the ultimate experience!," the post read. "To finally begin making the music she wanted to make. We take PRIDE in creativity, and believe whether a child’s involved or an adult... creativity deserves RESPECT/homage! What @kimkardashian (Kanye west) are doing with their daughter... with the inspiration of ZaZa & our family in mind is okay... we not mad BUT..."
"PLS SHOW LOVE AND SUPPORT TO THE ORIGINAL FIRST!!! We admire Kanye west, and adore his journey. However, we don’t wanna feel like our daughter’s journey in the world of entertainment is being STIFLED," the post continued.
