Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Lawyers Say Rapper Will NOT Start Any Social Media Drama Following His Early Prison Release + However, He’s Already Kinda Trolling

One way Tekashi 6ix9ine built his brand was excessively trolling other artists and public figures on social media. These days, trolling will be at a minimum, if at all, for the NYC rapper.

A few days ago, Tekashi (real name Daniel Hernandez) was released from a Manhattan prison early due to COVD-19 concerns. The 23-year-old rapper requested to be released early due to the fact that he has asthma and the underlying condition makes him at-risk amid the pandemic.

The rapper's wish was granted and the judge ruled he will serve the remainder of his sentence at home. As you know, the “FEFE” rapper was sentenced to two years in prison on firearms and racketeering charges last December. He was originally set to be released July 31st.

Now that he’s confined at home with Internet access, he will have tons of time to roam online freely. Will he go back to his trolling ways? His legal team claims he isn’t.

According to Tekashi's attorney, Lance Lazzaro, Tekashi has no restrictions regarding his use of social media, despite being on federally supervised probation for the next five years. The “Stoopid” rapper’s lawyer told TMZ “he will not post anything inflammatory and will use his discretion and common sense when he uses social media.”

Well, we all know people’s definition of common sense differs.

Dawn Florio, Tekashi’s other lawyer, also confirmed the rapper will not be starting any beefs on social media and he will not be promoting gang affiliation either. Before he was locked up, he constantly repped the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, but ended up turning on them once he was arrested.

Tekashi made his first social media appearance yesterday. He hasn’t put up a post on his verified account, but he did hop in some IG comments.

Tekashi posted a joke in The Shade Room’s comment section. The IG page posted a headline that said “Los Angeles’ Mayor Is Offering ‘Rewards’ For Snitching On Businesses Violating The City’s Stay-At-Home Order."

Tekashi responded, “Coming to the rescue,” seemingly joking about his own situation.

Since he’s working on new music, his first post will likely have something to do with that. Don't be surprised if you see the rapper jumping on the TikTok trend since all the celebs are doing it.
