Twitter Locks Trump Cronies Diamond & Silk's Account After One Too Many Foolish Tweets

We're not sure what took so long, but Diamond & Silk - the disappointing duo who treats Trump as their Lord & Savior - have been locked out of Twitter.  The platform is sick of their ish.  Deets inside.

Cubic Zirconia & Polyester (Diamond & Silk) - Lynnette Hardaway and Rochelle Richardson - are back to their old tricks again - coming for any and everyone who has the audacity to come for their king, Donald Trump.

On Wednesday, they posted a Tweet backing up Trump wanting to re-open the country, saying:

"The only way we can become immune to the environment; we must be out in the environment. Quarantining people inside of their houses for extended periods will make people sick!”

Yeah, that's not really true.  And just FYI - the only way to stop misinformation is by folks ignoring those who are not doctors or scientists giving out Facebook meme based information as fact.  If you barely passed 6th grade science, sit it ALL the way down, please and thank you.

Twitter removed their account, temporarily:

“The Tweet is in violation of our COVID-19 misinformation policy. The account will be locked until the account owner removes the Tweet,” a spokesperson for the platform said.

Atfer speaking at rallies in support of Trump and bashing Democrats every chance they get on their Youtube channel and their live-events they've gotten folks to pay to watch them speak at, maybe Donald (or Fox News who syndicates their show) will come to their defense and get them back on the platform?

Probably not though.

In case you're unfamiliar about why folks see them as the CEOs of Shuck & Jive:

Chile.  They're not the only ones getting locke dout of their account.  Twitter has instated a new policy that's affecting even Rudy Guiliani:

On March 18, Twitter announced a new policy in the wake of the coronavirus that expanded its definition of what constitutes harmful posts. “We have broadened our definition of harm to address content that goes directly against guidance from authoritative sources of global and local public health information,” the platform announced.

Twitter has found “containing misleading and potentially harmful content” since the policy was announced. The platform has temporarily locked accounts from other figures including Rudy Giuliani, who quoted a conservative activists’ claim that the drug hydroxychloroquine “in at least three international tests was found 100% effective in treating the coronavirus.” In fact, while the drug has been found to show promise in treatments, a member of the White House Coronavirus Task Force says that additional study and clinical trials are needed.

Oh wells.

We're all for people thinking differently and having different beliefs, but that does not mean you get to consistently spew misinformation to the masses unchecked.
