That scuffle at Arrowhead Stadium which involved singer Trey Songz and a security guard is water under a bridge now after it was determined Trigga will NOT be charged in the incident. Deets inside…
R&B crooner Trey Songz will not face any charges after he was involved in an altercation with a security guard inside the Kansas City Chiefs’ stadium back in January.
According to Mike Mansur - a spokesman for the Jackson County prosecutor’s office - there is "insufficient evidence" to bring charges against Trigga, so he's off the hook. Police were notified of the decision late last week. He declined to comment further.
Mr. Steal Your Girl (real name Tremaine Aldon Neverson) was arrested in January after football fans snitched on him for disobeying COVID-19 guidelines, although it’s unclear which rules he broke. Some reports suggest he wasn't wearing a mask and that's what started all of the NFL drama.
It’s reported the singer was told he would be arrested for trespassing if he didn’t leave Arrowhead Stadium following a playoff game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills. When he didn’t leave, that’s when ish went left, and he got into a physical altercation with a security guard...which was captured on video and instantly went vrial. Police made claims Trigga punched the guard and put him in the headlock.

The Grammy nominated singer ended up spending one night in jail before he was bonded out and went home.
Kansas City Police Department spokesperson Captain David Johnson said the completed case file, including surveillance video, was sent to prosecutors. He added that "the prosecutor makes the decision to charge or not charge a suspect."
Looks like Trey Songz lucked up on this one.
