Singer Lyrica Anderson and her producer husband A1 Bentley - who both starred on “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” - are headed to divorceville.
According to TMZ reports, Lyrica - the 33-year-old daughter of Lyrica Garrett - filed divorce papers in Los Angeles on Friday (Jan. 7th) to end her five year marriage to her 34-year-old producer husband, A1 Bentley (real name Floyd Bentley).
In 2016, the couple eloped and a few years later, they welcomed their son, Ocean Zion Bentley, in November 2018.
It’s unclear exactly what led to their split, but the writing has been on the wall for quite some time. While on the show, they’ve aired out their martial issues where they’ve both accused each other of cheating.
When Lyrica was pregnant with their son, A1 accused her of cheating with “LAHH: Hollywood” co-star Safaree Samuels and was uncertain if the child she was carrying was his baby.
Eventually, Lyrica admitted that was a made up storyline for the show.
However, the cheating allegations Lyrica brought up about A1 seem to be real. She accused him of cheating on her with Summer Buni (Offset’s alleged mistress).
To work on their marriage, they signed up to appear on ZEUS Network’s “The Conversation”. On the show, she revealed she had reached her breaking point. She talked about how his mother made things worse between them and by the end of the conversation, she said she didn’t see how they could ever work things out.
Last December, it was announced that Lyrica and A1 will appear on the upcoming season of WEtv’s “Marriage Boot Camp: Hip Hop Edition” with four other couples, including “LAHH: Atlanta” star K. Michelle & Kastan, “LAHH” stars Rich Dollaz and Mariahlynn, Three Six Mafia’s Gangsta Boo and her man Emmet.
