Blac Chyna says she’s refocusing her energy on the lawsuit she filed against the Kardashian-Jenners for allegedly pulling strings behind-the-scenes to have her E! Reality show taken off the air. Chyna's new statement about the lawsuit comes after she her kids’ fathers - Tyga & Rob Kardashian - had to blast her over "fake" deadbeat daddy/child support claims. Get it all inside…
After years of keeping a rather low profile, Blac Chyna is back in the headlines.
The Lashed Cosmetics owner hopped on social media to let everyone know she’s now focusing her energy on the civil lawsuit she filed against Kris Jenner and her daughters, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Khloe Kardashian, years ago. A judge rule that Rob Kardashian’s ex-fiancee was entitled to a grand jury trial in her defamation and intentional interference with contract case regarding the cancellation of her former E! show, “Rob & Chyna.”
The aspiring rapper (real name Angela Renee White) said the Kardashian-Jenners “hurt me financially and emotionally” and 'hurt my beautiful KIDS” by allegedly having her and Rob’s reality show canceled.
“I plan to re-focus my attention on my trial against Kris Jenner and her daughters Kim, Khloe and Kylie which starts in 13 days,” Chyna wrote in a statement posted to Twitter. “When they got my #1 hit show killed back in January 2017, that not only hurt me financially and emotionally, that hurt my beautiful KIDS,” she continued.
”I’m taking them to court to stand up for my legal rights and to be an example to my kids that ‘what’s right is right, what’s wrong is wrong.’ And what they did was so wrong,” she said.
”I am so thankful that a jury will finally listen to what really happened behind closed doors - the lies that were told and the damage that was done. At the end of the trial, I’m going to be able to proudly tell King and Dream that I did everything I could to right the wrong that was done to me.
”And that, in life, it is my hope that they will be able to stand up for themselves when it matters too. Peace and Love to you all. Angela.”
Over the years, Chyna has been adamant that the Kardashian-Jenners stopped her bag. Meanwhile, Rob's attorney, Marty Singer, has argued that the reality show was axed because she and Rob broke up.
Now, a jury will decided what will happen next.
Chyna’s lawsuit update comes after both Tyga and Rob had to set the record straight about child support and custody, fowling a series of tweets that Chy posted about not receiving any financial help for her children, 9-year-old King Cairo and 5-year-old Dream Kardashian.
”Yesterday I had to give 3 of my cars … my reasons… morals, beliefs, being a single mother, no support I’m a MAMA,” she tweeted. ”Single no support child support,” she wrote in another tweet.
This tweets prompted both Tyga and Rob to respond, saying they basically pay for everything AND have the kids 5 days a week. And they asked why would they pay for child support if that’s the case.
”I pay 37K a year for my daughter's school,” Rob wrote in TSR’s comment section in the post about Chyna’s child support claims. “I handle every single medical expense. I pay for all her extracurricular activities. I have my daughter from Tuesday-Saturday. Why would i pay child support lol.”
Then Tyga joined the chat, writing, “I pay 40k a year for my son school & he lives w me mon- sat. Why would I pay child support lol.”
You'll recall, Rob demanded child support for Dream back in 2018.
Needless to say, Chyna’s replies were in shambles. And they still are. She has been trending all weekend because users were reminding her to get ready for the kids to come over on Sunday:
Rest up Blac Chyna you have a big day tomorrow.
