Kandi Burruss ALWAYS has time when it comes to protecting her daughter, Riley Burruss. In a recent interview, Russell “Block” Spencer - Riley’s father - alluded that Riley is “jealous” of his other children and he said she’s in this situation because Kandi put him on child support. He feels he shouldn’t have to pay because Kandi makes more money than him. Sighs…

WARNING! You’re about to witness TOP TIER audacity. The price of audacity must be at an all time LOW because there’s A LOT of it running rampant out in these Internet streets.
XSCAPE singer/“RHOA” star Kandi Burruss had to clap back at her daughter’s dad, Russell “Block” Spencer, after he said some foolish things in a recent interview with VLAD TV.
In the interview, Block seemingly alluded that his 19-year-old daughter, Riley Burruss, is JEALOUS of his other children because they were raised in the home with them.
“Every last one of my kids lives with me from when they’re born until they graduate except Kandi’s [daughter],” Block said. “I’ve got an accomplished name, [and I gave my kids who lived with me] a lot of stuff. And I think it’s a lot of jealousy because Riley wasn’t in that situation because her mom put me on child support.”
Then, he said something REALLY foolish where he should be embarrassed for ever parting his lips to say these words.
”Now, how you got more money than me and their mom and you put me on child support?,” he asked.
”Block, you sound nuts,” the interviewer responded. And rightfully so.
He sounds ridiculous! So, because Riley’s mother makes more money than you, that absolves you from taking care of the human you helped create? The math isn’t mathin’!
Block also talked about how he was dealing with his now-wife and Kandi at the same time and the drama that went down when Kandi told his wife she was pregnant with his baby. Block claims he paid off the total amount in child support and that he and Riley are in a good place.

Although she’s living it up in Mexico, Kandi found time to respond to Block’s interview:
The Grammy winning artist share a meme that says, “I don’t care how well I’m doing, I still need that money you owe me.” She added, “Don’t BLOCK your blessings not doing right by your children…”
Riley also responded to her father’s interview, writing, “My mom and I always take the high road. But honestly it’s really upsetting that I constantly have to see you badmouthing us publicly. I was blessed to be raised in a house where my mom provided the best life I could have. No jealousy here. I would appreciate it if you could stop talking about us.”
Perfect response.
It’s no secret Riley’s relationship with her hasn’t been the best…well, almost non-existent. Throughout seasons of “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” viewers have watched her try to reconnect with her father, however, it doesn’t seem they’ve made too much progress. Especially if he’s saying crazy ish like this. What was the reason?
Last April, the “RHOA” star confirmed she had won her child custody case involving Riley's dad.
"They basically say he got to pay his back child support, so they're giving him some time to give a lump sum now, and then he has to start paying the monthly back," she said during Part 1 of the Season 13 reunion. "Riley wanted it. She said that's her money, and it was owed to her. It's not like I was going to get new money or something,” she said.
The singer also responded to fans on Twitter who were asking about the child support money:
Well I get what you’re saying but it’s for Riley & she’s in college living in NYC so it’s going to her. Of course I’m not gonna let her just waste it. https://t.co/AhNaaZKqIT

”Not sure I agree that child support is Riley's. I do believe it belongs to @Kandi as Kandi was the one that supported Riley. #RHOA,” a fan tweeted.
