Mike Tyson played a real-life version of his classic "Punch-Out" game while on a flight to Miami yesterday. And the fall out from it is...interesting. What the "victim" is saying now about what led to Mike putting paws on him, and what Mike did right after, inside.
If f'd around and found out was an ACTUAL person:
Yesterday on a flight from San Francisco to Miami, Mike Tyson was minding his business in JetBlue business class after boarding when a couple of guys came over to meet him. Everything was all good after the first guy said his piece and walked off, but his friend was being the ultimate do-anything-for-clout lame and decided to not leave Mike alone. Once he provoked the boxer one too many times for the camera phone, ish went left. Way left. And fund out why Iron Mike is Iron Mike.
Peep the video above.
Immediately after Mike put those paws on him and busted dude's lip, Mike walked off the plane.
One would assume the airline or security didn't run after him (they actually did) because Mike ended up in Mimi after all later that night, partying and living his best life at the Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conference afterparty at LIV in Miami with Rick Ross and Ric Flair.

Fans in Miami said the 55-year-old was super nice and posed for pics with them outside of their hotel. SF police told TMZ they did come to the scene and detained two people involved:
The San Francisco Police Dept. tells TMZ Sports officers did respond to the scene ... and did detain two people they believed to be involved in the incident. Cops added, though, that after one of the people was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, that person "provided minimal details of the incident and refused to cooperate further with the police investigation."
The SFPD says it is aware of the video of the altercation and has forwarded it to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office. Sources close to Mike claim the man was extremely intoxicated ... and wouldn't stop provoking the boxer in his seat.
As for the "victim", he's got an extensive criminal record, which could be a sign he harrassed Mike intentionally. According to TMZ:
His name -- Melvin Townsend, III, and this isn't his first encounter with cops, by any means. He's been convicted of fraud, grand theft, burglary, possession of controlled substances and trafficking in stolen property.
As for specifics, the 36-year-old broke onto a property in 2018 and stole a trailer that he hitched to his pickup. The drug possession offense was for oxycodone. Official docs don't mention other specifics. He served time twice -- one for 20 months and another time for 15 months.
By the way, when both men got off the plane, they were met by cops. Townsend said he didn't want to press charges and they both were free to go.
Welp.
