Shaunie O’Neal is headed down the aisle again. And this time, she’s giving her fans a front row seat to celebrate her nuptials to Pastor Keion Henderson. Deets on the future First Lady’s televised ceremony inside….
Executive producer and star of VH1's "Basketball Wives", Shaunie O'Neal, is about to trek it down the aisle again. The ex-wife of Shaquille O'Neal and mother to their 4 children (and her son Myles from a previous relationship) is gearing up to tie the knot with Pastor Keion Henderson. He got down on one knee and popped the question in November 2021.
Now, it’s being reported we all might get an invite to the wedding ceremony.
According to The Jasmine Brand, the 47-year-old mom has landed a limited wedding series on VH1, which will feature some of the ladies from “Basketball Wives” franchise (both past and present) in the bridal party. That should be interesting. We wonder who will make the bridal party cut.
Despite actually dating for about two years, Shaunie went public in July 2021 about her relationship with Keion Henderson, Founder, CEO and Senior Pastor of The Lighthouse Church & Ministries, a church community headquartered in Houston.
Keion popped the question on November 11 (11/11), at 11:11pm while on a tropical getaway with Shaunie. People Magazine revealed the bride-to-be was gifted with a 4.4 karat diamond ring. Nice! The twosome put up matching posts about the engagement, citing a scripture.
Shaq was seen on a recent season of "BBW" trying to woo Shaunie again, but he was clearly too late. In a recent interview on the Pivot podcast, the NBA legend admitted he was the reason they divorced.
”I was just being greedy,” Shaq admitted. "I had the perfect situation. My wife was finer than a mug, kept giving me babies, still finer than a mug. I had it all. And I don’t make excuses, I know I messed up. You know, when I didn’t have that … I was lost. Seventy-six thousand square foot house by yourself, lost. No kids, go to the gym, nobody's playing in the gym. You go to their room, nobody's there. You start to feel it.”
Hmph. They tied the knot in 2002 and the divorce was finalized in 2011.
If the wedding special news is true, will you be tuning in to see Shaunie marry the love of her life?
