Tamar Braxton heads to the brothel in her brand new video for her latest single "If I Don't Have You." She's bringing her celebrity besties along, and explaining why. Check out the video inside...
NeNe Leakes, Shateria Moragne-el, and reality stars Malika and Khadijah Haqq join Tamar in a sexed up setting for her new video. Tamar explained the video for "If I Don't Have You" to ET saying:
“I thought about it and I was like, ‘You know, it would be really cool if I had my real girlfriends in a bit of a brothel. But you know it could be in the 1930s, it could be—2015! And it doesn’t necessarily mean that we’re selling ourselves. It just means we’re all looking for something, and you don’t really know what each individual is looking for ’til you see the video.”
Despite the lyrics making you think otherwise, this song aint about her husband.
“It’s not a love song. And it’s not about Vince,” said Tamar of her husband, Vincent Herbert. “It’s about an ex that I loved that wasn’t in love with me and I’m in a relationship by myself.”
Tamar dished on the true meaning of the song saying:
"It's about being transparent and it's about being open and honest with the person that you love," she said. "It's just saying, 'If I don't have you in my life, I don't have anything!' Because sometimes we say things that we don't mean, and people can get the wrong message by having an argument or not being able to express ourselves, so this song is just something that you can just play and let it talk for you."
Her upcoming Calling All Lovers album where this song appears is about everybody simply wanting to be loved:
"The album is not about just one type of love," she explained. "It's about loving yourself, it's about the lover who's trying to find love. It's about the lover who's in love with someone and they don't necessarily love them back. It's all of us -- everybody who wants to be loved, honey."

On last night's episode of "Braxton Family Values," Mama Evelyn and Papa Braxton brought in a heavy hitter to counsel the sisters on getting over all their drama with each other -- Bishop T.D. Jakes. And it was hard to watch as the sisters seemed to gang up on Tamar once again with their aloofness as she poured her heart out.
Conveniently though, Jakes just announced he's entering the daytime talk shw circuit and will be doing a Dr. Phil-like show during a trial run in Cleveland this summer. Will you be watching?
