LeBron James and his family had to evacuate their home after a brush fire broke out near his L.A. mansion. Get the latest inside...
The L.A. fires are getting something serious.
Early this morning, a brush fire broke out on the west side of Interstate 405, near the Getty Center in Southern California, and the blaze quickly spread burning up over 500 acres. The LAPD issued a mandatory evacuation order, which affected over 10,000 structures (both residential and commercial) in western Los Angeles County.
Los Angeles Lakers baller LeBron James and his family were among the people who were forced to evacuate their homes early this morning. King James took to Twitter to share he and his family had to leave their home. He said they had trouble finding housing at first, but eventually found a spot. Thankfully.
Man these LA aren’t no joke. Had to emergency evacuate my house and I’ve been driving around with my family trying to get rooms. No luck so far!

The NBA player and his family bought their Brentwood mansion in 2017. At the time, it's unclear if his home has been damaged. Showrunner Kurt Sutter and former "Walking Dead" writer-executive producer Glen Mazzara had to evacuate also.
