Omarion's Mature & Unbothered Take On Apryl Jones & Fizz’s Relationship – ‘I Don’t Feel No Ways About It, But I Think They Should Change The Narrative’

The world has been waiting to hear what Omarion thinks about his ex-girlfriend/kids’ mother Apryl Jones relationship with his B2K bandmate Dreux “Lil Fizz” Frédéric.

Since officially coming out as a couple, Apryl & Fizz haven’t been shy about sharing their love with the world even though before they came out with the news, they denied it like hell. They kept saying they were “really good friends” even though Stevie Wonder could see something was up between the “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” stars.

O hasn’t really said much about their coupling. Back in January (before April & Fizz made it official), the 35-year-old singer responded to rumors about his ex and his bandmate dating, basically saying she was a “grown woman” and could do whatever she wants.

She's right, and we also don't think Omarion is somewhere punching the air hella mad his ex his hooking up with his former bandmate.  The principle of the matter, though, would still understandably get to some folks.

Now, O’s breaking his silence for the first time since they announced they were a couple. And, he’s taking the high road. He has nothing bad to say about Apryl or Fizz, seemingly. He said he doesn’t have feelings about it, but he would like it if they would keep his name out of it.

“I don’t feel no ways. I don’t feel any way about it,” Omarion told Vlad TV in an interview when asked what he thought about Apryl & Fizz’s relationship. “I think that if they’re happy, then they should be happy. I think they should change the narrative, though.”

On “LAHH: Hollywood,” Apryl has spilled tea about her failed relationship with the “Icebox” singer, basically saying one day he just picked up and left with no explanation. She has also said he doesn’t help with the kids financially and is struggling to co-parent with Omarion.

During a recent interview with Nick Cannon on his Power 106 Los Angeles radio show, she said O only gives her $700/month to help take care of their kids. “There’s a lot that I’m dealing with behind closed doors that people don’t know,” she said.

“Like, not receiving support and a person claiming they only make a certain amount of money, and I’m only getting $700 a month — like, little stuff like that. It’s just the truth. So, what are you gonna tell your children when they find out what you did to their mom?”

O and Apryl are parents to 5-year-old son Megaa Omari Granberry and 3-year-old daughter A’mei Kazuko Granberry.

The B2K lead singer said if Apryl and Fizz are happy then they should be happy and leave his name out of the mix.

“If it’s their so-called happiness, then I shouldn’t be a part of it,” he said. “She’s still the mother of my children. When something affects her, it affects my kids, and that affects me. But what she does is, you know, live your life! I think people should do whatever makes them happy. I think they should change the narrative.”
