Our "blackish" and "Grownish" faves took over the NAACP Image Awards red carpet tonight, and we most definitely love to see it. The fashionistas and the dapper folks inside.
Yes, they actually love each other off screen. "blackish" & Grownish" star Yara Shahidi and her on screen litter sister Marsai Martin posed it up on the red carpet tonight in Hollywood at the NAACP Image Awards televised show.
A LEWK. She's 12 and "Little," but has the perfect, age appropriate & fashion forward vibes. Marsai - who won 3 Awards at the non televised show and 1 so far tonight - rocked this ethereal Ermanno Scervino SS20 mixed media gown for her second big night in a row.

"Grownish" star Chloe Bailey kept it angelic in all white and posed it up with her sometimes co-star Marcus Scribner ("blackish"), who sometimes dates her sister (in real life and on screen) Jazz (Halle Bailey) on the show.
Halle is working in London so she was riding solo dolo - well with her cast members - tonight.

When asked what “Black Excellence" meant to her on the red carpet, she said it means, "Being comfortable in your power. It’s looking at yourself in the mirror everyday and knowing that you’re perfect.”
20-year-old Yara Shahidi gave us embroidery and bedazzlement and jewels in Gucci tonight:

She rocked a color changing jewel toned Christopher John Rogers frock and a red lip for the evening where she won 1 award.
