All hell is breaking loose in 2020.

Rapper-turned-producer Yung Berg (AKA Hitmaka) has been laying low, but he’s now in the headlines for assault drama.

According to a police report obtained by The Blast, the former “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” star (real name Christian Ward) has been accused of pistol whipping his girlfriend, resulting in the woman being hospitalized for a broken nose. Sheesh.

The LAPD is currently investigating the case.

Apparently, the "Sexy Can I" rapper and the woman – described as a female he’s in “a dating relationship” with – got into a verbal dispute that quickly escalated to physical violence. It’s reported he pistol whipped the woman numerous times, resulting in “verifiable injuries.”

Here’s what allegedly went down:

The woman reported it to the LAPD and claims the incident went down at a private residence in Los Angeles around 5:00 am on Saturday morning. The report is classified as 'intimate partner violence.'

Brutal.

After the assault, the woman was hospitalized at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles on Saturday, March 14, 2020. She was diagnosed with a "closed head injury, closed fracture of nasal bone, and facial lacerations." The woman received “several stitches” that resulted from an assault.

Following the incident, the LAPD issued an emergency protective order to keep Berg from coming within 100 yards of the woman. He can’t have any contact with her directly or indirectly – including electronic means – and he can NOT go near her home.

As of now, it is unclear if the LAPD will arrest Berg or bring him in for questioning about the incident.

In 2014, Berg’s former “LAHH: Hollywood” co-star Masika Kalysha (real name Masika Tucker) accused him of choking her inside of NYC’s Gershwin Hotel after she allegedgly maxed out one of his credit cards. Producers fired him from the show over the alleged assault. The Manhattan District Attorney's Office reportedly offered him a plea deal in the assault case.
