Lil Boosie has a new lawsuit on his hands and it stems from the rapper allegedly not providing for one of his children. Details inside…
Rapper Lil Boosie has been all in the headlines during quarantine. And not for philanthropy.
Following backlash from admitting to letting a grown woman perform sexual acts on his underage son, Lil Boosie has been with a new lawsuit. According to BOSSIP, the “Wipe Me Down” rapper is being sued by the state Department of Human Services for failing to financially provide for his daughter, Lyric Beyonce Hatch.
Don Snow – Louisiana’s special assistant attorney general – filed the lawsuit against the rapper on behalf of the child’s mother, Gelisa Hayes. According to court papers, Gelisa reached out after she wasn’t getting any assistance from her daughter’s alleged father.
Gelisa and the state are seeking immediate child support of a “reasonable amount.” They want Boosie’s wages to be garnished to provide for the child he’s supposedly neglecting. They’re also seeking health and accident insurance for the preteen.
Obviously, a spokesperson for the Georgia Department of Human Services said she couldn’t comment about Boosie’s case, citing federal law.
The Baton Rouge native, 37, has not responded to the lawsuit, despite court papers showing that he was served at both his mansion and the nearby headquarters for “Bad Azz Entertainment.” He was due in court on the matter this week, but the hearing was canceled because of the coronavirus pandemic, according to court papers.
As of late, Boosie has been getting dragged on social media for admitting to allowing a grown woman perform sexual acts on his 12 and 13-year-old son and nephews. That prompted people to hit up child protective services on him:
The @LouisianaDCFS replied back to me, saying they sent the information about Boosie to the proper division. I truly hope that he is not allowed any children, because he if HIS claims are true, he’s a pedophile. This is it a rite of passage, it’s child abuse and sexual assault.

Louisiana Department of Child Protective Services 24-hour hotline number is 1-855-452-5437. Boosie needs to be reported. He's a pedophile that facilitates the rape of his minor children.
