They say Malibu is like a tiny slice of heaven. And now, Willow Smith will be living in heaven on earth after her latest major purchase.
Chucking the deuces to parents Will & Jada Pinkett-Smith, 19-year-old Willow dropped $3.1 on a contemporary starter home in Malibu, not too far from the Smiths’ $42M Calabasas mansion, according to Variety.
The “Red Table Talk” co-host purchased the perfect home for her lifestyle and, of course, her new pad is giving us modern, laid-back, posh vibes. The contemporary home – built in 2011 - is just less than 3,000 square feet and it sits on 0.37 acres on a hillside that offers breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. It features four bedrooms, four bathrooms and it meets LEED energy efficiency standards, which we know is important to Willow.
The open-floor plan compliments the modern-style theme of the home, which include grey hardwood floors, muted furnishings, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The master suite has a fireplace, dual vanities, and a spa-style bathroom. And the garage has a Tesla charging station.
