Uzo Aduba just copped her third Primetime EMMY Award! More inside…

Uzo Aduba isn’t showing any signs of slowing up and we’re for everything she’s involved in.

After already making EMMY history, the YBF actress just scooped up her third Primetime EMMY Award in the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Limited Series or Movie for her role as politician Shirley Chisholm on Hulu’s “Mrs. America.”

The “OITNB” actress accepted her award in a Breonna Taylor t-shirt (like Regina King), to raise awareness to the fact the officers who killed the EMT still have not been brought up on charges. Uzo thanked the women she worked with on the series and showed love to all of the women who were nominated in the category. She thanked everyone who worked on the series and, of course, she thanked Shirley Chisholm.

Check out her acceptance speech below:

In 2015, Uzo made history as the first actress to win an EMMY for the same role in both the Comedy and Drama categories. The classically-trained opera singer burst onto the scene in the hit Netflix series "Orange Is The New Black." Her breakout role Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren earned her the 2014 EMMY for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series. In 2015, she won the 2015 EMMY for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.

Congrats!
