Here’s All The Backlash From Castmates After ‘RHOP’ Fight Night – Are They Being Hypocrites?

The dust has cleared after "Real Housewives of Potomac" stars Monique Samuels and Candiace Dillard came to blows in a brutal fight that was captured on camera for the world to see. Now, everyone is chiming in with their opinions causing fans accuse the co-stars of being hypocrits. More inside...

As you know, “Real Housewives of Potomac” turned into Fight Night when tensions between co-stars Monique Samuels, 36, and Candiace Dillard-Bassett, 33, boiled over. Their differences resulted in a full-blown physical fight where producers had to break them up and it has been a trending topic in the Housewives community since it aired.

You can watch it (from several angles) HERE.

The fight went down during a dinner party in October 2019, which resulted in both ladies pressing charges. Candiace filed a complaint against Monique for second-degree assault. Then, Monique popped back with her own suit against Candiace for second-degree assault. A few months later, the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office dismissed the charges against the RHOP stars, so both ladies dodged legal troubles.

Apparently, Monique thought Candiace was spreading rumors about the paternity of her son, Chase, so of course she was ready to rumble.

"RHOP" star Karen Huger reminded folks the cast isn't a full representation of black women. Oh, and she also threw shade at Gizelle Bryant over rumors that her ex-husband Jamal Bryant cheated on her and had multiple babies, after she said she couldn't be around Monique to keep her "image" in tact:

Ooop. The Internet was confused too:

Chile, Gizelle pulled up to Karen's house with her own bodyguard for "protection." During the chit-chat, Monique explained she grabbed Candiace because Candiace threw the wine glass at her first, but the ladies weren't trying to hear that.

More below:

Monique addressed the fight during an interview with US Weekly where she said her castmates have been trying to get her off the show:

"They met off camera and had a little meeting and I think that it was very strategic, what they decided to do. They looked at this as an opportunity to possibly get me off the show,” Monique explained. “They thought they had that type of power to get me fired. So that was very strategic.”

Accoring to reports, Gizelle and Candiace won’t film with Monique anymore. Meanwhile, Ashley Darby is on Monique's side, so she'll still with her IF she decides to return.

Monique addressed the fight and the aftermath on a recent episode of "Watch What Happens Lives" where shared whether or not she is remorseful about her physical altercation with co-star Candiace Dillard.

"The same day that I finally started feeling the remorse, I sent a text message to one of the producers asking if we could arrange a sit-down with us and our husbands, and minutes later I got the email from her attorney," she explained. "So I had to lawyer up because she lawyered up, and at that moment, she turned it legal. I could not speak to her directly anymore."

Peep her appearance on "WHHL" post-fight:

Will Monique return for another season? That's up in the air even though she hinted that she would not return.

"Basketball Wives" star Tami Roman added her two cents:

A mess!
