What started as a COVID-19 pandemic love story has seemingly fizzled.
There were rumblings that Lil Wayne and his curvy model girlfriend Denise Bidot had broken up after he publicly endorsed Trump for president. And it appears the rumors could be true.
Weezy hopped on social media to share an uber cryptic post where he said a lot, but folks aren't quite sure what he really meant. From what we gather, he wants the world to know he's going to be himself regardless, so either love it or leave it.
"I live the way I love and love the way I live," he tweeted. "I’m a lover, not a lighter bekuz they burn out. I am an eternal fire and burning love, either leave with a tan, a 3rd degree burn, or stay and die in love. You’re sweating. Sincerely, the fireman," he wrote.
Just as rumors of a breakup were hitting the Internet, Denise Bidot put up a post on IG Stories about love not being enough before deactivating her Instagram account:
"Sometimes love just isn’t enough…,” she wrote.
She also allegedly tweeted (then deleted) that she did NOT break up with Wayne over Trump:
