An ex-girlfriend of Soulja Boy’s claims he beat her so bad she suffered a miscarriage, so she’s suing. Details inside….
Soulja Boy is in drama…again.
The Atlanta rapper (real name DeAndre Cortez Way) is being sued by a woman who claims he beat her so bad she suffered a miscarriage. The woman – who is remaining anonymous & has been dubbed Jane Doe – pulled the trigger on a lawsuit where she alleges he beat her repeatedly over years.
"(Jane Doe) and (Way) first began their on-and-off romantic relationship in 2007," the lawsuit reads. "They restarted their relationship in a more serious capacity in 2014 until mid 2019 when (Doe) could no longer withstand (Way's) constant abuse."
On behalf of Jane Doe, lawyer Neama Rahmani filed the lawsuit against the rapper on behalf of the unidentified woman in civil court in Los Angeles.
"It took her years to escape the psychological and physical grasp of her abuser," Neama Rahmani told USA TODAY.
In the court docs, Jane Doe claims she was pregnant with his child in 2015. During one instance, he reportedly became irate and violent after a conversation and started to punch her in the face and chest until she couldn’t stand on her feet. Lordt.
TMZ reports:
She says the punches caused her to fall to the ground, where she curled her body to protect her stomach while using her hands to cover her head. She claims Soulja also kicked her all over her body, particularly in the stomach ... and claims soon after she suffered a miscarriage.
She claims there were other violent incidents. Like in 2017 ... Jane says Soulja flew into a violent rage ... punching her in the face and breasts. She says things got so bad Soulja's security had to pull him away from her. She claims Soulja was pissed because he thought she was leaving him.
She says a 2018 incident was caught on camera. Jane claims a conversation turned violent as he stood over her and began to physically attack and yell at her. She claims the night vision cameras used on the show captured the incident, which later aired on the WeTV network in early 2019.
Wow. Well it sounds like this could possibly be Soulja's ex/Teddy Riley’s daughter Nia Riley, seeing that she made similar claims previously.But we cannot confirm the identity of Jane Doe.
Nia appeared on VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” and WEtv’s “Marriage Boot Camp” with Soulja. There was an incident between Soulja and Nia on “Marriage Boot Camp” where he was being abusive and it was captured on night vision cameras and aired on the show, which was mentioned in the lawsuit.
