Twitter will never let Ayesha Curry rest, chile. A random rumor about Ayesha and her NBA husband Steph Curry having an “open marriage with side hookups” popped up online. And now, Twitter is cutting up! Here’s what was said about their marriage and folks’ reactions inside…
Twitter loves making Ayesha Curry’s name trend, it seems.
This time, her name was high on Twitter’s trending list after a rumor was started about her and her NBA husband Steph Curry.
Popular Instagram account @Deuxmoi recently posted an anonymous “blind item” on their IG Stories that spilled tea about an NBA couple that likes to "have hookups and side flings" with other people.
“Have it on good authority that this well-known NBA couple aren’t as faithful in love as their social media and image make them out to be!,” the anonymous blind item said.
”They both have side hookups and flings but keep it very private to keep up the perfect family image they show to the world. I was shocked to learn, they’ve been together for so long.”
The submission did not mention Ayesha or Steph by name, however, the email was titled “Chefs on and off the court,” alluding to Steph & Ayesha, who is a chef. And one of Steph's nicknames in the NBA is Chef Curry since he "cooks up" the scoreboard making hella shots every game. And we ALL know they are quite vocal about their conservative, traditional family image they put forth - they both saved themselves for marrige, believe in "modesty" and all around being a wholesome, God fearing family. So, folks immediately believed this post was about The Currys.
Then, a website attached Ayesha & Steph’s name to the rumor before deleting the post:
