News broke a few days ago that Cardi B, 27, had filed for a divorce from her rapper husband Offset, 28, because their marriage is "irretrievably broken" and "there are no prospects for a reconciliation.”
PEOPLE reported the “WAP” rapper filed for divorce because she caught him cheating...again. And she only stayed for the sake of their child.
”Offset has pretty much cheated the entire time [they've been together], but Cardi looked the other way because of the baby," a source told PEOPLE of the couple. "She also didn't want to be embarrassed. But she's had enough."
The entire time they’ve been together?! Hate to see it. When people show you who they are, sometimes you must take it at face value and believe them. All the extra performative acts of him begging her to take him back was for what? A waste of time if you ask us. Why do all of that only to humiliate and break her heart again? She already took him back for cheating (some would argue several times) and he claimed he was a change man, so why is he wasting her time? Just, ugh.
The Migos rapper has been caught up in several cheating scandals, one including an alleged sex tape. So when rumors about a possible love child began to circulate, it wasn’t hard for people to believe. He is the father of four children by four different women. Well Bardi’s camp claim those rumors aren’t true.
“There is no other child. No baby is on the way. That rumor is super false. Cardi is thinking of her child and wants everything to be amicable. She’s evolved over the years and continues to,” an insider told Page Six.
When the “Bodak Yellow” raptress filed, she requested primary custody as well as legal custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Kulture Kiari Cephus. She also requested child support, but no amount was specified. And she wanted the Migos rapper to pay her legal expenses.
Soon after, she had the divorce petition amended after learning they originally requested primary physical custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Kulture, for her. The source claims she also amended her child support request.
“She went back to have the petition amended because she wasn’t aware that it read ‘primary custody.’ She wants them both to have custody and to co-parent. She’s not requesting spousal support or child support. She wants everything to be super amicable,” the source said.

Cardi & Offset secretly getting married in September 2017. The cheating drama popped off literally three months after they said "I Do" and it seems Cardi is over it all. And we don't blame her. No one deserves this type of treatment.
And can y'all stop blaming Cardi for the breakup? He's the one who cheated. Men do what THEY want to do. Judge THEM and THEM only by THEIR actions.
